Enne veel plezier.

The shooting of large F3 firecrackers will be prohibited during all Fallas nights to prevent pyrotechnic vandalism

The Bando de Fallas specifies the absolute ban on shooting at night because of indiscriminate acts

——

The Bando de Fallas will keep a wide time range, from midnight to eight in the morning, in which large-calibre pyrotechnics cannot be fired. It is the way to try to control what is difficult to control, such as the firing of high-calibre pyrotechnics. Since the prohibition exists, the Police are authorised to fine or arrest those people who are making misuse of fireworks. The economic sanction is difficult to apply, especially when foreign visitors do so, but keeping in dungeons for violating security can be a coercive measure, provided that there are security forces who can act.

The meeting of the Dialogue Table specified that in terms of recreational pyrotechnics, the use of category F3 pyrotechnic devices will be restricted at certain night times. "This limitation will affect both the fountains and the truenos, with the aim of favouring the neighbourhood rest without renouncing the pyrotechnic tradition of the Fallas."

This time band (from 24 to 8 hours) extends that of last year that, from March 14 to 19, was established from 2.00 to 7.30 hours in the morning. The "crifew" starts earlier and ends later.

The sale cannot be prohibited, because it is specified and has its limits, but the fact that it can be acquired does not exempt from trying to avoid its firing, as there are two compatible situations.

The curious thing about the case is that the sale of ‘borrachos’ is determined under the heading of "fountains", which really makes you think of another type of much more harmless pyrotechnics, such as boxes that, supported on the ground, launch flashes of colour and light. It is not the case of the borracho, who is accompanied by an uncontrolled movement.

Prohibited truenos allows to act on one of the great problems of the days of Fallas: its indiscriminate use, both for the risk it poses to people and for the disorder they cause to the neighbourhood.
