How much does a balcony cost to see the mascletà in Fallas
The prices of the boxes are getting higher and, even so, the tickets are already sold out for many days
The
mascletà de Fallas is one of the acts that is most massively followed in Valencia. And, for a few years now, the use of the balconies that overlook the Plaza del Ayuntamiento as viewpoints from which to
comfortably see the mascletà de Fallas , a real business.
Companies specializing in renting
a balcony to watch the mascletà in Valencia usually offer complete packages with catering, open bar or live music. In fact, it is easy to find portals that are dedicated to the rental of balconies and that can easily reach up to 3,000 and even 8,000 euros in the case of penthouses that are rented by the week.
Everything depends on the height or the floor on which the balcony is, the capacity and the visibility with respect to the Plaza del Ayuntamiento.
The customer profile that uses this balcony rental service is varied and
there are more and more companies or multinationals that use it to entertain their clients, nationals or foreigners, and that rent one or several entire viewpoints for weeks.
There are also hotel establishments that include in the package the possibility of
seeing a mascletà from a privileged viewpoint without the narrowness and stress experienced at the foot of the square. Although there are more and more companies that take over the best viewpoints for their guests, with capacity for between 12 and 25 people, it is also possible to buy individual tickets for these balconies.
The prices of a balcony to
see the mascletà in Fallas vary depending on various factors, although the one that really makes the difference is the day it is rented. It is not surprising, since it is not the same to see a mascletà on March 5, when you can buy a ticket to a third floor for 55 euros, than a mascletà of the big week of Fallas or the day of San José.
Not to mention the Cremà, a highly valued moment and which, in fact, has already sold out in many "premium" spaces, such as penthouses, where individual tickets can cost
more than 500 euros per person that day .
And it is that, as the big week of Fallas approaches, places on the balconies are scarce and prices are rising.
Other spaces close to the Town Hall square are also rented to see the mascletà from there, such as the terrace of the Lys cinemas, in the Russafa passage, with 450 square meters of surface. There is also a Valencian gastronomic menu and musical background with a DJ.
It is also possible to see the mascletà from the balcony of some of the buildings designed by Goerlich, such as the Barrachina building, located at number 2 of the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, where they offer tickets for children at half the price (33 euros) of what costs that of an adult.
Los precios de los palcos son cada vez más altos y, aún así, las entradas ya están agotadas para muchos días
