has any one had them or made film footage of their uses so far i know that they are a cork of
some sort that explodes when used and they can't be found in the united states

Hello,

the name knallkorken is originally german. Actually it is not a cork but a little bit of explosive powder or liquid which is put into small amorces. Today it is beeing used by people who shoot on sports event. Like in athletics, when tey first shoot before the runners start to run. Knallkorken are made for the use in special "guns". The gun shoots no projectile, the Knallkorken simply produces a comparably loud bang.

There are different kinds of Knallkorken, they are also called Amorces by the way. But there are also amorces available which are much smaller and not as loud as the original Knallkorken. These are made for Toy guns eg.
