Sound emitters produced by the traditional chinese way, in the size 484 ( 3“ x 3/4“). 6 pieces per pack, 20 packs per overpack.
This video was filmed in china according to the chinese law. If the item is used in other countries, please follow the national legislation and check the instruction on the items carefully.
As since 2020 in china there is a limitation of powderweight in production of blackpowder sound emitters, which is 1-2g depending on the region, it was not possible anymore to produce our bigger sound emitters.
So because of this, I though about which size would still be possible to produce with the permitted 2g.
Our size 485 ("Chinaböller C") already has 2,5g of powderweight, so it was not possible to produce anymore - but the next smaller size, 480, has 1,9g, so there was still a little space in between.
So I looked up which historic size has still been made in between, and finally chose the size 484, which sometimes has also been sold by the type letter "C".
The item itself now in reality even has below 2g, as it turned out that in mass production the blackpowder has higher volume this year due to more light charcoal, and also we needed more red clay in the front than estimated in order to get it stable.
The result is ok, but sadly at the beginning the labeling was not so clean, which I could only handle towards the end of production, once I arrived in china; furthermore all tubes had already been produced, and those could have been better, but I think given the fact that I couldn´t be there myself during the whole development and for most of the time of production it is OK, yet still I am always quite upset once something does not turn out as good as it could be.
