This year i haven't go to any mascleta, which is curious since they are everywhere. I was staying as usual near CAC area and there aren't mascletas around every corner as in the center. When i move to the center i avoid the mascletas.
All because a 4 month old baby that we think is too young for a mascleta.... :smiling:
Only while i was watching falla Cuba-Azorín there was a mascleta near there that i could hear perfectly. The baby keep sleeping as if there was nothing happening around.
Well, as i don't have any movie of mascletas to post in this forum i dediced to rescue an old recording from 1993.
That year i went with a friend who had a camera, he recorded several things, including mascleta ruzafa, and mascleta day 19, also crema of small falla.
Later he edited the recordings and gave me an vhs tape. Recently i rediscovered this tape and moved to dvd, now i have extracted the mascleta videos that i can post for you.
They are edited and cutted in some parts, not high quality, just the curiosity of a mascleta of 17 years ago, with less security measures.
In this one of Ruzafa market, you can see there are no fences to separate the public from maslceta you could see it almost under the masclets :surprised:
The mascleta was split in two parts, the slow part in the place where is currently fired, and just around the corner the final earthquake and the aerial part.
