The City of Da Nang will once again host a world class International Pyro-Musical Fireworks Competition in March 2009. The Production has already begun for a bigger and spectacular second edition of the Da Nang International Fireworks Competition.No matter your itinerary, plan to be in Da Nang on the 27th and 28th of March. Spectators are guaranteed to be thrilled by shimmering, incandescent fireworks displays choreographed to rousing, orchestrated music.

Five Firework champions around the globe have been selected to represent their nations in DIFC09. These Maestro of the Night will challenge each other to "Wow" the crowds with pyrotechnic artistry with music.


MUSICAL FIREWORKS
Musical fireworks technique used at the competition is an art form known as "pyro-musical synchronization" and takes into account the essentials such as timing (measured in fractions of seconds), music choices, rhythm and composition design.


TEAMS:
Through a careful selection process, teams from Australia, Spain, China and Philippines and the host country, Vietnam, have been identified as teams with choreographed displays most befitting this occasion. These teams have been responsible for most of the musically choreographed fireworks displays at international prestigious events.

Judging Info
Evaluation of fireworks whose minimum duration must be twenty (20) minutes, excluding spoken texts introducing the segment of the display. Each of the sub-paragraphs below is worth ten (10) points each.
