snap dat wel ja, als t mij 2x zou gebeuren kocht ik ook geen ene trueno meer! sinds 2 jaar palau mijden helpt wel denk ik, ben ff wezen kijken, en verder op t gemak overal een beetje stoken op de rustige plekken onder begeleiding van een ouder toeziend oog, dat helpt ook wel als ze denken dat je papa drbij is(of een toyboy hahaha)

Bedankt voor het compliment remio, heb je toch nog een voordeel met een ouder iemand erbij.

En evenals mickey en michel-g heb je wel gelijk, de politie ziet ons groepje staan op zijn valenciaans, dus met een hapje en drankje erbij die gewoon wat licht vuurwerk afsteken etc, al die jaren doen we het op deze manier en echt nog nooit problemen
gehad, ze kijken wel even, maar op het moment dat we het glas heffen groeten ze je en rijden door.

maar geef je gelijk, komt wellicht toch door mijn perfecte voorkomen, hahahahahahah.

Feit is gewoon dat je als particulier geen vuurwerk mag afsteken in Valencia, maar die regel word volgens mij gewoon niet altijd gehandhaafd door de politie, de ene agent zit er boven op, de ander interesseerd het niks, daardoor ontstaat ook onduidelijkheid over wat nou wel of niet mag.

Is dat zo? Wel verkopen en niet mogen afsteken? Volgens mij klopt dit niet...

Volgens mij mag klasse 1 altijd en overal, en klasse 2 en 3 alleen in de daarvoor aangewezen gebieden.
Dus het mag verkocht en afgestoken worden, mits je dat op de juiste plek doet.....

El Consell rebaja la edad para usar material pirotécnico y aprueba el decreto que protege de la normativa europea a las Fallas, las Hogueras o la Cordà

El Consell ha aprobado el decreto que reconoce el carácter tradicional de las fiestas que hacen uso de la pirotecnia. De esta manera se protegen fiestas como las Fallas, las Hogueras, la Cordà y todo tipo de festejos que se realizan en municipios y barrios de la Comunitat Valenciana. Con este decreto, quedan excluidos todos estos actos de la normativa europea.
El texto también rebaja la edad para el uso de material pirotécnico de 12 a 8 años, para niños que tiren bombetas o bengalas. También se baja de 16 a 10 años para niños que tiren petardos como los 'chinos' o los voladores. Los padres deberán firmar una autorización para que sus hijos puedan participiar en las celebraciones. Esta autorización se podrá ver en la web de la Conselleria de Gobernación a partir del lunes y estará en papel enb los edificios Prop.

Dat is fantastisch nieuws natuurlijk. Onder het mom van cultureel erfgoed zijn de de EU wetten niet van toepassing

Dit voorstel is nog iets uitgebreider als dat hier vermeld staat.
Er is een voorstel om het fallas festival op de wereld erfgoedlijst van unesco te krijgen.

Hoewel dit een lange en zware procedure is, is het wel een zeer verstandige beslissing om deze nominatie te doen.
Dit vooral omdat expliciet in het voorstel de pyrotechnische historie en gebruiken van valencia worden beschreven (onder andere de Desperta en de tro de bac, de mascleta, en de castillo in z'n huidige vorm)

Een goed verstaander kan hieruit opmaken dat de organisatie zich niet zo goed kan vinden in de (opgelegde) EU regels, en dit op deze manier veilig proberen te stellen.

Consell decree recognizing the traditional character of the parties that make use of pyrotechnics

The Official Gazette of the Comunitat Valenciana (DOCV) has published Tuesday March 8, the decree recognizing the religious, cultural or traditional festive events of Valencia who use fireworks, such as Las Fallas Bonfires of San Juan, La Magdalena, the 'Cord' or Moors and Christians, among other festivities, and are therefore excluded from EU legislation on fireworks and their use or adaptation.

Wow, een bericht waar ik wel weer heel blij van word.
Met dit besluit trekt het bestuur van Valencia (de deelstaat) wel even een dikke vinger naar europa.
Hierdoor hoeft fallas en alle andere festivals die worden beschreven, op culturele gronden, niet te voldoen aan de strenge EU regels die er aan zitten te komen.
Erg verstandig dat men dit al gedaan heeft, als voorbereiding/in aanvulling op het Unesco verzoek.
