this year i managed to see a few street mascletas, all on day 19, i got to see 5 mascletas in 1hour!
Everything started last year when we saw a street mascleta and my small daughter loved them. This year she asked to see more mascletas and i, as a good father, couldn't dissapoint her.
On day 19 we decide to see mascleta of Ayuntamiento from a distance, to avoid crowds and to get out fast in order to get in time to Colon mascleta. So we saw the first mascleta from two blocks away, it was my first time in ayuntamiento for 8 years.
It's not the same as staying in the square but it was good enough. We ate all the smoke and debris coming in our direction. As we were at some distance i didn't filmed this.
then we rushed to Mercado Colon, and as soon as we arrived, it started.
It was far better than the last year mascleta.
