A man was burned while trying to make homemade fireworks. Now he could be in trouble with the law.
Police say the guy caused a small explosion that could have potentially set the whole apartment complex on fire. Detective Jared Wihongi says this kind of thing has to be taken seriously. "We're investigating what exactly the components were and what the process was but definitely this could be… this is under investigation and could be considered criminal."
