I personally don't understand such severe regulation, bombetas can be trhown only for 10 years old children, what?
personally my 15monts old daughter has thrown some bombetas from the toddler,and she liked it.
My 4 years old daughter this ear has tried lobitos, which are small chinos bangers, the smallest using wick, and she liked, but still prefer bombetas.
