Ik ben gisteravond terug gekomen.
Dinsdagochtend aangekomen om eens heerlijk van Fallas te gaan genieten Ietswaar ik al een heel jaar naar had uitgekeken !
Onderweg naar het plein vond ik het wat rustiger dan normaal...ik dacht het zal wel omdat het doordeweeks is en niet echt topweer.
Tijdens het wachten op mij vaste stekkie waar het normaal rond 1 uur amper tot geen doorkomen meer aan is, was het nu rustig !
Om kwart voor 2 kon je er gewoon nog lopen.....dan merk je wel dat er wat aan de hand is.
Na de fantastische Mascleta van Crespo was ik weer helemaal voldaan...NOT!!!
Ik heb het plein na de Mascleta nog nooit zo snel leeg zien lopen 14:25 was er amper nog volk..er hing een rare sfeer.
S'avonds zie je Levante live gaan, dan heb je al zoiets van hmm...diverse appjes komen voorbij...ik blijf hoop houden.
Eerst maar eens wat hop smoothies naar binnen werken en wat tapas...we zijn er nu toch !
Het is erg stil op Plaza del Tossal...een pleintje waar het normaal erg druk is ! Je voelt gewoon dat er iets gaande is.
Rond 23:00 weer in het appartement om lekker te gaan slapen....dat dacht ik....wat ik niet hoopte gebeurde toch !!!!
Facebook explodeert Fallas word gecanceld/verschoven.
Wat een eerste kutdag !!! rare sfeer,slechte knalshow en dan dit bericht.
Tsja dan gaan we maar wat terrasjes bezoeken, maar om dit tot de 20ste te gaan doen ??!! nou nee
Dan krijg je diverse appjes dat er wat gaande is.
Donderdag besloten eerder naar huis te gaan en direct een ticket geboekt. (dit ging niet van harte)
Deze dag nog wat door de stad gelopen...het leek wel een spookstad !!!!
Vrijdag eind van de middag richting het metro Station Angel Guimera, want het zal wel een gekkenhuis zijn. Degene die dit station kennen ? het is hier altijd stervensdruk ! Nu waren er maar 20 man op het perron voor beide kanten.
Dan komen de berichten door dat alles op slot gaat en de horeca om 0:00 moet sluiten !!
Eenmaal op het vliegveld zie je heel veel mensen lopen met mondkapjes...van die dingen waar je geen reet aan hebt.
Ook in het vliegtuig zie je ze zitten....eenmaal op Schiphol zie je deze mensen ineens hun kapje af doen ???

Al met al hebben we een goeie beslissing genomen.

Skip the alarm: fines of up to 30,000 euros and even arrest in case of resistance

Royal Decree 463/2020 of March 14, which entered into force at midnight after its publication in the BOE, will allow not only imposing fines of up to 30,000 euros in the event that citizens fail to comply with the measures imposed by the State of Alarm, but also the arrest of anyone who disobeys or resists it before the security forces.

For this, the sanctions provided for in the Organic Law on Protection of Citizen Security, better known as the 'gag law', and the Penal Code, will be applied when the crimes of disobedience and resistance to authority are committed.

The State Security Forces and Corps, which in this situation will be able to count on the collaboration of the security rivada, according to the ministerial order approved this morning to implement last night's decree, will be able to sanction, therefore, with those two legal norms to whom do not comply with the restrictions set by the Government in application of the state of alarm decreed to face the coronavirus pandemic.

All state, regional and local police forces have been under the coordination of the Interior Minister, Fernando Grande-Marlaska since last midnight.

"

The Penal Code also establishes in its article 556 prison terms of three months to one year or six to 18 months of fine for those who "seriously resist or disobey the authority or its agents in the exercise of their functions, or duly identified private security personnel who carry out private security activities in cooperation and under the command of the Security Forces and Bodies. "

The aforementioned article of the Penal Code also refers to article 550, which regulates the crime of attacks against the authority, its agents and public officials, and of resistance and disobedience.

This case also includes "acts of attack on those committed against teaching or health officials who are in the exercise of their duties", with prison terms of one to four years and a fine of three to six months if the Outside attack against authority and imprisonment from six months to three years in other cases.

Transavia nog geen reactie. Telefonisch onbereikbaar, en via de website een mail gestuurd. Wij hebben de tickets omgeboekt en even later kregen we een email dat het gratis kon.
